1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PDF WFC, a product developed and maintained by Work For Client. By accessing or using our website, tools, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PDF WFC provides a suite of online tools for processing Portable Document Format (PDF) files and other digital formats. This includes merging, compressing, converting, and editing functionalities. Our tools are designed to process files locally within your browser to maximize privacy and speed.

3. Current Pricing & Future Monetization

Introductory Free Phase: Currently, the core features of PDF WFC and the Personal Cloud Vault are offered entirely free of charge as part of our introductory phase.

Transition to Paid Services: Work For Client reserves the right to transition PDF WFC (or specific premium features within it) into a paid subscription model in the future. When this transition occurs, all existing users will be notified well in advance via email or dashboard alerts. You will never be charged automatically without your explicit consent and billing setup.

4. User Accounts & Cloud Vault

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Files saved to your Cloud Vault are for your personal use. We do not scan, share, or sell your generated documents.
  • Work For Client reserves the right to delete inactive accounts or clear vault data if storage limits are exceeded or if the account violates these terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PDF WFC to:

  • Process, upload, or distribute illegal, explicit, or copyright-infringing material.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the underlying architecture of the platform.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to bulk-process files, which may put undue load on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a flawless experience, PDF WFC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Work For Client makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the service, the prevention of data loss, or the absolute accuracy of the PDF conversions.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes (such as the introduction of paid plans) through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
