PHMS (Project Head Management System) is a proprietary software fully developed, owned, and maintained by Work For Client. All intellectual property rights, source code, and associated branding belong exclusively to Work For Client.
Presently, the PHMS platform is provided to users as a Free Service to streamline construction management. However, Work For Client reserves the absolute right to introduce a paid version, subscription plans, or mandatory licensing fees at any time in the future.
In the event of a transition to a paid model, all existing users will be notified in advance regarding the updated pricing structure.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a seamless ERP experience, PHMS collects specific data points necessary for operational functioning:
- Personal Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job roles of users (Admin, Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors).
- Operational Data: Project details, budgets, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), daily labor attendance, and material consumption logs.
- Financial Data: Contractor invoices, petty cash receipts, and payment clearance histories.
- Media Uploads: Photos of site progress and scanned images/PDFs of physical bills uploaded by supervisors and contractors.
2. How We Use Your Data
The information collected through PHMS is strictly used to facilitate construction management. We use this data to:
- Dashboard Syncing: Provide real-time sync across multi-tier dashboards.
- Automated Logic: Generate automated progress and financial reports.
- Security Measures: Prevent fraud through immutable audit trails and edit histories.
- Access Control: Authenticate user logins and enforce strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
3. Data Protection & Security
Work For Client treats your corporate data with the highest level of security. We implement robust server-side encryption and secure database architecture to prevent unauthorized access, data leaks, or breaches. Passwords are securely hashed, and strict data-isolation ensures that a user only sees data they are authorized to view.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or operational data to third parties. Data is only shared internally within your created organizational hierarchy (e.g., a Supervisor's data is visible to their Manager and Admin).
5. Cookies and Tracking
PHMS uses essential session cookies to maintain your login state across the platform and ensure a secure browsing experience. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for targeted advertising.
6. Changes to This Policy
Work For Client reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, especially when introducing new features or transitioning to a premium/paid model. We will notify organizational Admins of any significant changes.
