Please review the rules, guidelines, and legal agreements governing the use of the PHMS platform.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

PHMS (Project Head Management System) is designed, developed, and exclusively owned by Work For Client. The source code, UI/UX design, database architecture, and associated branding are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to use the platform; you do not own the software.

Commercial Usage & Future Pricing

Currently, Work For Client offers the PHMS software as a Free-to-Use platform. However, we explicitly reserve the right to convert this platform into a Paid Subscription Service or impose Licensing Fees at any point in the future. In such an event, users will be given prior notice to either transition to the paid plan or export their data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the PHMS platform (as an Admin, Manager, Engineer, Supervisor, or Contractor), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must strictly refrain from using the software.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials. You agree that:

  • Admin Responsibility: The primary Admin is responsible for the actions of all sub-users (Supervisors, Contractors, etc.) created under their organization.
  • Accurate Data: Users must provide accurate data when submitting bills, material requests, or daily progress reports. Work For Client is not responsible for financial losses caused by incorrect data entry.
  • Account Security: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

While using PHMS, you agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the PHMS platform.
  • Upload malicious scripts, viruses, or illegal content into the server via the invoice or image upload features.
  • Use the platform to conduct fraudulent billing or money-laundering activities.
  • Resell or distribute access to PHMS to third-party companies without written consent from Work For Client.

4. Limitation of Liability

PHMS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Work For Client makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the server. Work For Client shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or data due to server downtime or technical bugs.
  • Financial disputes between Project Admins and their Contractors.
  • Miscalculations in budgets or BOQ due to user input errors.

5. Account Termination

Work For Client reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your organizational account without prior notice if we detect a breach of these Terms, illegal activities, or severe system abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the PHMS platform after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
