At Work For Client, we protect your visitor logs and facility data with bank-level security protocols, strict data isolation, and continuous monitoring.
System Status: All Protocols Active
WFC VMS utilizes a strict SaaS architecture. Every registered client operates in complete isolation. Your database records, staff accounts, and visitor uploads are logically separated and strictly inaccessible to other nodes.
All user passwords are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms. Plain-text passwords are never stored or transmitted, ensuring complete credential safety even in the event of a breach.
Every state-changing action requires a dynamic Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) token. All user inputs are rigorously sanitized to prevent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and SQL Injection attacks on our servers.
Access is granted strictly on a need-to-know basis. "Client Admins" have full workspace control, while "Staff" accounts are restricted solely to checking visitors in and out, preventing unauthorized data exports.
Visitor photos and government ID documents uploaded during check-in are renamed with unique hashes and stored in secured server directories, preventing direct URL guessing or search engine indexing.
The WFC Core system continuously monitors active sessions. Using strict middleware controls, we ensure that superadmins, client admins, and staff are always restricted to their intended terminal environments.
Compliance requires control. As an administrator, you have the absolute right to export your complete visitor log history to CSV at any time. If you decide to leave, you can request a total wipe of your node, permanently destroying all records from our servers.
