WFC VMS | Premium Visitor Management

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the Work For Client Visitor Management System ("WFC VMS", "Service", or "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Pricing & Future Monetization

Currently, WFC VMS is provided to all registered users 100% free of charge. We are committed to helping businesses secure their workspaces without immediate financial burden.

However, Work For Client reserves the right to modify this pricing structure in the future. We may introduce paid subscription tiers, premium features, or usage limits at our sole discretion. In the event that WFC VMS transitions to a paid model:

Users will be provided with at least thirty (30) days advance notice via their registered contact email.
Users will have the option to upgrade to a paid plan or export their existing visitor data completely free of charge before their free access expires.

3. Account Responsibilities

As a Client Admin, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace (including actions taken by your Staff accounts). You must immediately notify Work For Client of any unauthorized use of your security credentials.

4. Data Privacy & Ownership

WFC VMS acts as a data processor. You (the Client) retain all ownership rights to the visitor data (names, phone numbers, photos, IDs) you collect using our platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and necessary consent to collect this personal information from your visitors under applicable local laws.

5. Fair Usage Policy

While the platform is free, we enforce a fair usage policy to ensure optimal server performance for all clients. Any attempt to abuse the API, spam the system with automated bots, or upload malicious files will result in immediate and permanent termination of your node.

6. Service Availability ("As Is")

WFC VMS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Work For Client does not warrant that the service will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance which may temporarily pause service.
