✔️ No Payment, No Refund Required
Because the core WFC HMS software is provided to all registered hoteliers completely 100% Free of Charge, there are no initial setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. Since we do not collect any payment from you to use the core software, there is absolutely no refund policy applicable or required. You have zero financial risk.
2. Future Premium Services & Add-ons
While the core platform is free, Work For Client may introduce optional, premium paid add-ons in the future (such as custom domain branding, advanced channel manager integrations, or dedicated SMS gateways).
If and when you choose to purchase any of these future premium services, a specific, service-related refund policy will be provided to you at the time of checkout. Until then, your usage remains completely free.
3. Account Cancellation
Since you are not locked into any financial contract, you are free to cancel and terminate your WFC HMS account at any time. Simply contact our support team to request a permanent deletion of your isolated database. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
