By registering, accessing, or using the WFC Hotel Management System (hereinafter referred to as "WFC HMS", "Service", or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software. These terms apply to all hotel owners, administrators, and staff members utilizing the platform.

2. Provision of Service & Pricing Modifications

WFC HMS is engineered to be the most advanced, user-friendly, and highly efficient cloud-based management software for the hospitality industry.

⚠️ Current Free Tier & Future Paid Models

As of the current version, the core WFC HMS software is provided to registered users at 100% Zero Cost. However, Work For Client strictly reserves the right to alter this pricing structure at any point in the future.

We may introduce mandatory subscription fees, premium paid tiers, or transition the entirely free model into a paid service. In the event of such a transition, all active users will receive prior formal notice. Continued use of the service after such changes will constitute your agreement to the new payment terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of WFC HMS, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master admin credentials and staff passwords.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the software only for lawful hotel management operations and not to store any illegal, offensive, or prohibited content.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data (such as GST/Tax configurations and guest IDs) entered into your isolated instance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, UI/UX designs, branding, algorithms, and architectures belonging to WFC HMS are the exclusive intellectual property of Work For Client . Registration on our platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your hotel's daily operations. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform under any circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime and flawless performance, Work For Client provides this service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss due to user error, or business interruptions arising out of the use or inability to use our platform.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

Work For Client reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any hotel account without prior notice if we detect suspicious activities, violations of these terms, or attempts to breach our security infrastructure. Upon termination, you may request a final export of your data before it is permanently eradicated from our servers.
